SYSTEM REBEL

PRIVACY + COOKIES

Updated 30 October 2026

System Rebel is a music and fan website operated under the trading name Simulated Pixels. Simulated Pixels is a trading name, not a registered company. For privacy questions and requests, contact privacy@systemrebel.co.uk.

Your choice comes first

Microsoft Clarity loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics leaves the website, downloads and game available. We do not load Clarity in a cookieless mode before your choice. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings; this removes accessible Clarity cookies and reloads the page without tracking.

What analytics measures

If you opt in, Microsoft Clarity collects information about pages visited, clicks, taps, scrolling, interaction timing, device and browser details and referral information. It reconstructs page interactions as session replays and produces heatmaps. This is not a camera or microphone recording.

We also send fixed event names for character-profile choices, wallpaper-download clicks, music and Instagram links, and game starts, finishes and audio-clip plays. A click is not proof that a download completed or that a song was streamed. We do not send visitor names, email addresses or custom personal identifiers in these events.

The purpose is to understand which features fans use and improve the site. The basis for optional analytics is your consent. Clarity is configured with strict text masking. Advertising storage consent is denied; no advertising account is connected through this installation. Microsoft also processes service data under its own terms and Privacy Statement.

Cookies and device storage

_clckClarity visitor identifier and preferences, typically up to one year, only with analytics consent.

sr-pack-bestThe packing game saves your best score locally until you clear site data. It is not a public leaderboard.

If browser storage is unavailable, a choice may last only for the current page. Clearing site data also removes your saved choice and game score. See Microsoft’s cookie information for its current details.

Retention and service providers

Microsoft currently retains ordinary Clarity replay data for 30 days. Selected, labelled or favourited sessions, click data and heatmaps may remain for up to nine months. See Clarity retention information. Only authorised account users should access the analytics dashboard.

Krystal hosts the website. Hosting security logs may include IP addresses, requested pages and technical error details. These support delivery, security and fault investigation, separately from optional Clarity analytics. Ask us for the applicable hosting-log retention details.

If you email us, we use the details you supply to respond and manage the request. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is needed. We keep correspondence only as needed to handle the matter and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

International processing

Microsoft may process service data outside the UK, including in the United States. Its applicable contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements are described in the Clarity terms and Microsoft Privacy Statement. Contact us with questions about the arrangements applying to your data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal information, or object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Contact our privacy address. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

External links and future features

Instagram, music platforms and other external sites have their own privacy practices. This installation does not embed YouTube videos or operate a shop, mailing list or guestbook. We will update this notice and the relevant choices when adding features that change how data is used.
